Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by express (DHL mainly) or mail.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the value of the order. The cost of shipment decreases as the value of the goods ordered increases (see diagram below).
In case of theft / loss, Berna Beauty previously informes the customer that it agrees to submit a new product and, if the same were to be unavailable and / or exhausted, purpose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer to not to accept this new product and request the issue of a credit note instead of the product itself.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to verify that the package is not damaged or wet and not showing signs of tampering. Only after such verification, the Customer shall accept delivery, after which it will not oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of the product delivered to him in relation to the specific order. In case there is no correspondence between the order and the product delivered the client will not accept the goods.
If the costumer organizes its own transport he is responsible in any way about it, Berna Beauty is not responsible for the loss and / or failure of the product from the moment of delivery of goods to the carrier at its stores.
Time of delivery shall run by the date of the order and the bank accreditation, the same may be changed by force majeure or because of traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the Authority.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours:
From 8.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.30, every day, no holidays, from Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs are well indicated in a clear way at the moment of achieving your order and they change in order to the delivery country.
